With all the beauty and sparkle on the website, it may be a little overwhelming, but we have made navigation a breeze!  To browse our high-performing products, go to the home page and under the “All Flowers”, you will find all the magnificent flowers and greenery we offer exclusively for your store. 

You can also go to the “Search” bar at the top of each page and enter whatever you're looking for.  It’s that easy!  

Oops!  Sorry about that as flower availability is sometimes affected by mother nature or some unforeseen challenges.

Shipping & Delivery

Good news! All shipping fees are included in the product Retail Price which means you won’t see any separate shipping fees on your invoices.

All orders are conveniently delivered to your store by FedEx.

FedEx delivers to your store on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Mondays.

Orders are shipped to arrive on your requested delivery date.  Depending on the shipping origin, your order will ship 24-72 hours prior to the delivery date.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping notification with a tracking number and the status on the My Orders page will say, "On its way."   

Tracking your order is easy.  Just go to "My Orders", select the order
you would like to track and click on the Tracking Number.  The FedEx tracking information will appear and you will be able to follow the order’s journey to your store. 

If no tracking information is available, you can contact our Customer Support team and we will be happy to help.

Packages can be received by others in your store.  Look to see who signed for the package and check with that person or department. 

If you are unable to locate the package in your store, please contact our Customer Support team and we will be happy to help.      

All orders are shipped directly to your store and cannot be shipped directly to the customer or another address.

Order Management

Woohoo! No minimum purchase amount required. Purchase as many spectacular stems as you need.

It's possible! As long as your order has not been completely processed or shipped from the farm, we can make changes.

Please contact our Customer Support team right away and we'll do whatever we can to accommodate any changes to your order.

Processing – your order has been received and preparing for shipment

On its way – your order has shipped

Delivered – your order has been delivered to your store

Canceled – order was canceled by the store
