Step 1:    Based on the occasion or event date and the flower types requested, determine the number of days needed to properly hydrate the flowers based on the desired bloom stage.

Depending on the time of year, we recommend adding an extra day as you could experience shipping delays due to inclement weather or holiday shipping volume.

FedEx only delivers to your store on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.  No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays.
           
Step 2:     Login to the Kroger Special Orders website.  Under the “Shop Now” tab, select the flowers and/or greenery you want to order.  Add the items to the cart, select your store delivery date and checkout.  Your store address and billing information is programmed in the system.

After placing an order, you can view the order status and track the order once it has shipped by going to “My Store” and clicking on “My Orders.”
